Purchase of products in internet shop ekids.lv
Purchase of products for registered users (using Shopping Cart):
First of all you must register yourself as user of ekids.lv. Only in this case you will have a possibility to get User cart. Otherwise you will have a Visitor chart, but in case of your check out you will be asked to log in your account or register yourself as user of ekids.lv. When you are in your User account purchasing procedure is very simple - you only have to follow instructions.
You can send your questions from ekids.lv contact page using contact form. In this case you are asked to provide following information:
- Name of product (located in the window on top of product photo)
- Number of product (located near with product name)
Payment methods and rules
You can pay for your purchase using lats, euro or GBP:
1. With money translation using internet bank or you can pay a bill directly in bank. For convenience of our clients we offer pay a directly to ekids.lv

2. In cash. Previously agree with store administration and only for citizens who live in Riga you will get the document which will approve the fact of the deal. Those documents could be consignment note or check.

Shipping of products
Purchased products you can get in 1-2 business days, depending on product delivery place, time of payment of security deposit or moment of fill in a leasing request form:
1. At the place which address you can show (in Riga). Product delivery payment will not be charged if your purchase total value is more than 45 LVL. Otherwise you will be asked to pay delivery payment 2.50 LVL. About amount of delivery payment you will be informed in your check too.
2. At the place which address you can show (region of Riga) or elsewhere in Latvia. The delivery of product will be accomplished with “Latvijas Pasts” courier, according of their tariffs.
The delivery costs will be 4.20 LVL.
Delivery time is harmonized with costumer.
ekids.lv does not take any responsibility about overdue product delivery or failure of product delivery, if costumer’s information about product delivery pace is showed wrong or does not exist at all or, if “Force Major” comes in force.
ekids.lv customer’s physical data protection and writes
1. ekids.lv concerning to its work and customer data security complies with legislative acts of Republic of Latvia and European Union.
2. For purpose of internet shop operation provision, ekids.lv creates the ekids.lv customer database. It is necessary for provision of internet shop services, such like product delivery to shown address, preparation of way-bill and delivery and e.t.c..
3. All consumer information which is located in the ekids.lv user database is not available to third person, except episodes when appropriate legislative document is applied for this reason.
4. Writes of consumer of ekids.lv are protected with the low of the Republic of Latvia “Low about protection of consumer writes”.
5. When ekids.lv receive an order by telephone, e-mail or any different way, it is noted that consumer has expressed his (her) own will using all freedom of choice.
6. ekids.lv keeps writes to refuse serve a consumer if there are suspicions about illegal intentions of consumer concerning to ekids.lv
